Lack of support when it comes to maintenance
There is a serious lack of urgency and a noticeable knowledge gap when it comes to maintenance. I’ve been dealing with issues since day one.
When I moved in, the lock did not pair correctly. This was identified during the walkthrough, yet it still took over a month to fix. In addition, residents are required to pay for a package that includes internet service, which has been extremely poor. Speeds are very slow, so if you work from home, you may want to look into a backup option.
I am... currently dealing with chirping alarms. Maintenance has been out four times, and I am now scheduled for a fifth service call, including one on a Sunday. The first response took over 24 hours during normal business hours, which reflects the lack of urgency from both the office staff and the maintenance team. The office manager, Maddie, assured me on the fourth visit that the issue would be resolved, yet the alarms are still chirping.
Maintenance and support are critical, especially when paying premium rates. Unfortunately, the level of service provided here does not match the price being charged.
