Westbury at Lake Brandon

I have been a resident at this property for over four years and it has become unpleasant to live here. It is dirty, there are no upgrades at all for when you renew it is all a BS excuse why not to give you an upgrade. Loud neighbors and nothing gets done about it. Garbage is always an issue, gym is a playground for the kids basically. Can't even enjoy the pool because it is absolute chaos! Not to mention to wonderful pets! Yep the Raccoons at all times of the day. In which three years ago they... got into my engine and destroyed it. Four years ago I loved it and now I cannot wait for my lease to be up to move out!! Worst experience ever with the staff. They are liars and still owe me money from refunds for a year, they keep your money (tha application was more than others). This community is riddled with inefficiencies. In the same area, there are better options for less than their price. Don't go here, waste of money and time.

Oh boy, where to begin, living here for a couple years & there have been 2 shootings, and yes police were brought out both times, one included a crime scene unit to gather evidence from the street. Cars are constantly being broken into and the same goes for garages. Almost no one answers the office phones and there have been attempted kidnappings. The gates are almost always open and this place is seemingly getting worse and even more unsafe. Water issues arise frequently to where you won’t have... water and without warning most times. The dumpster will frequently be busted (or full) to where garbage will be piled outside beside it.

Given these issues, pricing should be WAY lower than what they currently are. Their pricing may be on par with the market however, with their price should come the safety of you and your family. I would highly advise to look anywhere else but here. Read More

Management is non-existent. There are rodents everywhere. Damage to resident cars and no one does anything about it. Gates are always open. People walk in off the street. Smoking everywhere. Dog poop everywhere.

If people would clean up behind their animals and stop throwing trash in front of the dumpster & be mindful of other people that's underneath them, not a bad place. I know this is not on management, but putting up cameras would not only give more security but it will also force people to clean up behind their pets. and just maybe this would give kids more room to play without stepping in poop!!!
