Westwood Crossing

Love living here, as there have been some major improvements lately. My dog also loves my decision to live here since there are two dog parks. Covered parking is a bonus, something tough to find around this area. Maintenance has been really good about coming, something that was an issue for me beforehand but it seems like new management is on top of it. All in all this place can't be beat. Will for sure be renewing.

I love living here. I travel a lot and this was a great location in the Tampa area. They have covered parking and the property is pretty quiet and peaceful. They’re also in the process of making a lot of renovations as well. It’s definitely worth a visit if you’re apartment hunting.

I've lived here for almost a year. Apparently the property was sold earlier this year. The new owners are really investing some money in the property and the changes are amazing. They're actually doing maintenance on the property, painting and adding all kinds of new things to the property (outdoor grills, new pool furniture, 2 dog parks a really cool outdoor gym, and on and on). Definitely plan to renew!

Chelsie is friendly and love talking to her when I come get my coffee every morning. Daryl is the best maintenance we have had at Pienza.

I have enjoyed living at the Park of Pienza for the past several months. Close by are lots of restaurants, shopping and grocery stores. Perfect for a couple or a family. The grounds and pool are kept up nicely and the staff is very friendly. The neighbors are nice and always quiet. Who could ask for more? If you do call ask for Chelsie, she is very friendly and helpful.
