This apartment association will nickel and dime you for every cent you have. They raise the rent at random points throughout the lease, they add “extra” services that you must pay for but there is actually no benefit to the tenant. Maintenance issues are not taken care of in a timely manner nor in the correct fashion. They use the cheapest parts that end up breaking again within the month. Plus it takes about a month to get them to your apartment to fix anything. DO NOT trust the maintenance... guys in your apartment alone. They are all a bunch of thugs, and will steal any chance they get. Your packages will mysteriously go missing from the front office. Full of drugs and dealers roaches bad and NOT safe to live in. If your on drugs or dealers this complex and all the others they run for WELLS BROTHERS LLC is great for you. Back ground check is nothing but pocket money for the owners big joke. Cops always there call sheriff department ask about this complex. Run Fast and don't look back.

Cape Canaveral is a very laid back beach atmosphere to live in. If you want excitement you may have to go else where around Brevard County for it, but if you are looking for simple living and have the beach at your footsteps, this apartment complex is for you.
