I recently toured the property and had the pleasure of working with Sherricca. She is kind, patient, and has such a warm, bubbly personality that immediately makes you feel welcome. I've toured many apartment communities, but there was just something special about Sherricca. Whether it was her genuine smile, her professional style, or the way she carried herself, she truly stood out. She was extremely informative, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and made the entire experience enjoyable... and stress-free. Her customer service was exceptional, and it's clear that she genuinely cares about helping people find the right home.
I also remember these apartments from years ago, and I have to say they have come a long way. The improvements are noticeable, and the community looks great. Combined with the outstanding service Sherricca provided, my visit left a very positive impression. She is truly an asset to the property, and I highly recommend asking for her when you visit.
