The dock has power outlets and fresh-water available to clean your boat. The boat lift is rated for up to 12,000 lbs. It has a canopy cover and can accommodate up to a 32' boat.  You can enjoy a direct access scenic boat ride to the river which takes about 10 minutes. The propane grill is available for you to use during your stay.
