As a self-catering home, supplies are not refilled during your stay, but initial provisions include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap in each bathroom, enough detergent pods for up to two loads in the laundry room, and a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge in the kitchen. A coffee maker, salt, pepper, and cooking oil are available, but coffee is not provided. Report any missing items immediately upon check-in for restocking. For security purposes, outdoor cameras are present, none of which point to the pool area. In sunny Florida, humidity and bugs are common; the property is professionally sprayed for pests, but guests should pack sunscreen and bug spray.
