A TV, air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans help maintain a comfortable environment. The full kitchen gives you the space to prepare meals with stainless steel appliances. A washer, dryer, essentials, bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and clothing storage are available for your use. Wi-Fi supports daily use, and the smart lock allows for easy self check-in.
Enjoy the private pool with optional heating for $35 per day. A pet is welcome with written notification and approval, subject to a fee of up to $150.

Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. A maximum of 2 additional guests are allowed at the property during daytime hours. The number of cars on the property at any given time should never exceed 3. Parking is permitted in the driveway in front of the garage, which will accommodate up to 2 vehicles, and 2 vehicles may park on the street in front of the home. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time of 10AM, you may incur a fee of up to $300. We reserve the right to pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
