A background screening is required prior to occupation. Felonies of any kind will result in denial. Cats and dogs are welcome with restrictions. Restricted breeds include Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Chow Chow, German Shepherd, Siberian Husky, Alaskan Malamute, Doberman Pinscher, Presa Canario, Bulldog, Great Dane, Boxer, Akita, Wolf Hybrid, or any mixed breed that includes one of the listed breeds. A one-time fee of $300 per pet applies and 2-pet limit. Check-in is 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Notification is required 24 hours in advance if checking in after 6 PM. Background screening required for every adult age 18 and over and may or may not require social security number. Guests must complete screening forms 48 hours prior to check-in. Guests may not check-in if background screening has not been completed. Two occupants per bedroom. Occupant is considered anyone over the age of 3. If parking permit is required, 1 permit is issued per screened occupant. One access item such as key, fob, or gate card is issued per screened occupant. Smoking of any kind, medicinal or otherwise including vaping is not allowed within the rental or within 20 feet of the building. If it is discovered that the guest was smoking in the rental, a $1,500 will be charged. Maintenance follows a service route each day and cannot be scheduled excluding tasks that exceed 2 hours to complete. Technicians will not enter property if there is a loose dog. Pets must be put away in a crate or alternative room or bedroom.
