Avana Coachman is a quiet and friendly community nestled in north Clearwater. With shopping only minutes away. There is always stuff going on in the community. Whether it be trips to the beach or hanging out at the mall with your family, there is plenty to do. All within minutes from Avana Coachman. Famous Clearwater Beach is only about a 15 minute drive depending on traffic. New Coachman Park has become one of mine and my families favorite park in the area. Can’t wait for the festivities of the... 4th of July this weekend.

If you want to get in contact with Coachman, you will have to physically go to the office. I don't seem to be able to get hold of them via phone.

A Great Place to call home

The office management staff and maintenance team are always friendly and make me feel welcome every time I come in the office. Speaking of the office I love the new renovations to the pool and office. It’s a great place to live and call home.

Great affordable rental

I have lived here over 3 years now and honestly couldn’t ask for a better place. The place has some age but the owners keep up with the work load. The property has changed a lot since moving here. The paint on the buildings, the roofs, and the amenities. Looking forward to another great year at Avana Coachman. Glad to call this place home.
