I recently moved out of Chesapeake apartments, after living here for 13 months due to my job. But my experience has been absolutely exceptional. From the moment I arrived, Rhonda Drummond went above and beyond to ensure my transition was seamless, she is super friendly and courteous, making me feel right at home. The location is really great and very convenient, making it the perfect place to live. Staff is super friendly and courteous. Everyone I've encountered has been friendly, professional... , and eager to help in any way possible. If you're looking for a place to call home that offers both comfort and convenience, Chesapeake is the place to be. The only issue I am having is with my deposit that supposed to be fully refunded since I left the apartment in immaculate condition, and had paid everything in full, but the new system is keep showing double charges and I went in the office and the Manager assured me that the system is keep messing up the charges but you should get the full deposit refund back minus the water bill which is going to be charge in next month because it's behind. let's see, if they are going to cheat with the deposit or honor it? Just wanted to leave a review. I have lived here now for 4 years am am renewing this month. I have lived in the 1 bedroom and now the 2 bedroom. I upgraded last year because this complex is clean, friendly and well maintained. I have never had any issues getting any maintenance concerned address almost rather immediately. They are always friendly in the office. They do not tolerate people who are disruptive to the rest of the community. The rent is very fair considering the economy and the... comparable places to live in the area. I have lived in complexes where maintenance requests were treated as the residents fault and an inconvenience--- NOT here! I will continue to review positive as long as I live here. I had lived here for 2+ years. The first year and a half were great. Then, the management went down hill. The prices were increasing, but the quality of what you pay for was not. 4 out of the 7 days a week, there would be a water breakage issue and the water would be turned off during daytime hours for hours at a time. When working overnights, I would want to come home after my shift & shower, was not able to living here.

Waste of time and money. Don't spend money for app fee.

What to mention first.....

1. Location and access to US 19, close to Dunedin also.
2. Staff treats you like family.
3. No riff-raff tolerated.
4. Lovely landscaping.
5. Maintenance issues of any kind fixed immediately.
6. Quiet.
7. Great Pool and Hot tub, gym also.

I felt like I lived at a resort. The only reason I left was to move into my fiances home.
