Solano Belleair

Living here has literally changed my life for the better. I absolutely LOVE my apartment. All staff are friendly and helpful and were welcoming from day 1. I am so grateful to have chosen Solano as my forever home.

This community is absolutely beautiful and well maintained. The entire staff is amazing! I could not be happier with my choice to move here. If I could “buy/own” my unit instead of renting, I would.

Shortly after signing my second year lease some people moved in the apartment beneath me with a dog that barked daily. I work from home some this was a horrible situation. I called animal control and they spoke to the people with the dog but nothing changed. I called the police department and filed a noise complaint but nothing changed. I recorded the barking and sent that to the office along with the police complaint and animal control complaint. NOTHING WAS DONE !!!!!!!! even though the... lease clearly stated that the dog should have been removed. I had to fight to get out of my lease which they finally agreed to but gave me 4 days to vacate the apartment ..... do you know how hard it is to work and vacate an apartment in 4 days? They also told my new landlord that I was evicted. I thankfully kept all my emails with the office which showed I was not evicted. Read More

The location is clean and safe. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. The neighbors are friendly. The pool and the gym are clean, beautiful, and AWESOME! I love the fact that I can place my broken down boxes outside my door and they're picked up in the evening. I didn't have to take my broken down boxes to the trash compactor. Trash service is very convenient.
