Milo Bayside

Milo has been around for some time, but is going through a transformation! I am seeing trees and landscape work, renovations happening all over and more resident traffic. I see this place being a great property for its changes, comparable prices and its location. 4th street, where Milo is housed, is a great through way to downtown Saint Petersburg and a stones throw to Gandy and I275. I love this place!

Since I have moved to Milo Bayside, I have nothing but good things to say about this property and staff. The staff is kind and courteous. The Management Team in the office is very polite and helpful. Make you feel like family.

Milo has a newer staff, and things are getting better each week! Renovations are taking place, and the staff has committed to doing their best for any prospect that comes, and the residents that are already living on campus. This is truly a great place to live and dwell. The property is well established, just off of 4th Street North, and close to I275 and Gandy Blvd.

I recently visited Milo Bayside and was really impressed with the overall vibe of the community. The grounds were well kept, and the pool and common areas looked like great spots to hang out and unwind.

The apartment I saw was spacious and comfortable, and it seemed like a great value for the location. It’s in a super convenient area, which is a big plus.

Overall, it gave off a really nice, homey feel—I’d definitely consider living here or recommend it to someone looking in the area.

Milo Bayside is under new management and it has been a huge difference. Their customer service is great. You cannot ask for a better location. Right by Gandy bridge to get to Tampa, 15 minutes from downtown St. Pete, and walking distance from a shopping plaza with Target and Publix.

They also have 2 swimming pools which is nice to have in Florida. I cannot wait for the new renovations to be completed so we can see the new Milo Bayside!
