Love my apartment too bad the office management sucks

Office management sucks, the most sneaky unprofessional manager on the property history. She has definitely let the property and surroundings decay. Has found all different way to create fee and charges out of the tenants but can keep the property there is always something broken or dirty.

Poorly run office staff

Lived here for 5 years. The beginning everything was good. For the last 2 years we have been trying to get a 1 st floor apartment. We have been told what we had to do did what they required then told something different this has gone on for 2years. Finally I get a call from property manager Jill who informed me she had a apartment it would be ready April 11th or 12th. She stated she had to do a walk through of my apartment so we scheduled that ( even though she just did on 3 mths prior) so my… husband and I very excited we have waited so long. I call the office the day before the walk through and was told Jill no longer worked here(we just scheduled week prior) now new property manager is Theresa who would not get on the phone with me. She made B tell me that is not how it works. So for 2 years my husband and I followed everything they said we had to do and now yet again 2 weeks before we were supposed to move in to blg 13 bottom floor. I am so angry and in tears and no idea what to do next. The can't keep property manager longer then 2, 3 months tops. B in the office is very nice but unfortunately she is put in the position to tell ppl bad news. Maintenance staff 3 guys who have been here a while are great. I do not recommend this place to anyone you will be lied to promised things and they to big of a turn over with property manager and the rules change everyday.

Based on maintenance... (Verified Renter)

Based on maintenance personnel I would as for office staff ( with the exception of B) I would not. I have contacted property manager several time inquiring about a 3 bedroom on 1st floor and she can not seem to give me a answer or instruction on how I go about it. Based on that I would not recommend Wellington to anyone.
