This five-bedroom house is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi. It features a main suite with a king bed, a bedroom with two twin beds, two additional bedrooms with king-size and queen-size beds, and a room with a full/twin bunk bed and a pull-over twin bed. A full laundry facility is provided, along with 12 towels. A Welcome Kit is included.
A pool heater can be added for an additional fee, requiring a 48-hour advance notice. A grill is available for rent with advance request. Pack 'n Plays and high chairs are available upon request for an additional fee. A small $10 fee applies for deliveries.

Although some areas of Windsor Cay Resort are currently under construction, this home offers a peaceful retreat. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 7 AM. Parties are not permitted. Smoking is not allowed indoors. No pets are allowed. Guests must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation and must provide a valid ID at check-in. A complete guest list with all occupants' first and last names must be submitted by 5 PM EST at least 24 hours before arrival to gain resort access. USPS does not ship to this address, and packages left unattended cannot be the responsibility of the host. The pool heater can take up to 24 to 48 hours to fully heat the water and will be turned on once payment has been processed. The pool is heated to 86°F, and the SPA is connected to the pool and heated by the same system. During extreme cold temperatures (approximately 32°F–40°F), the pool heater will work to maintain the set temperature, but the water may still feel colder due to external weather conditions.
