The staff here truly cares about the residents here. Property is always kept in immaculate condition while there’s always a food truck, event, or just a relaxing day at the pool on a day off. I couldn’t be happier to call Alton Serenoa home!

Be very cautious when applying to this apartment complex. I was given incorrect information regarding the required documents: a leasing office initially confirmed that my documents would be accepted, so I proceeded to pay all the fees (application and administrative).
However, after payment, I was told that my documents were not sufficient and my application was rejected.
When I requested a refund of at least the administrative fee — since the process was stopped through no fault of my own — I... was flatly denied. This feels misleading and disrespectful to potential tenants.
Had I received accurate information upfront, I would not have applied or paid anything. Very disappointed with the way this was handled.

The minute I walked into this apartment complex, I knew this would be my new home. The staff is so pleasant, kind, understanding and willing to help. It is so welcoming and beautiful. The apartments are beautiful, modern and everything that you need or wanted are in there.
