Lovely place, poor water

Apartment is beautiful! great amenities, maintenance staff are EXCELLENT. Only problem is the water. It is horrible. Sunshine water either has no filter to the community or sunshine water source is rotten. No other communities in the area have the issues that this complex does with water. It is almost like the water is coming from the ponds around the property with zero filters. horrible. needs to be tested.
