How Is This Rating Determined?

Brand new, but not quiet

This seems to be a safe location in a nice area, and the complex itself has a lot of potential. However, there is one important factor we didn’t anticipate that has impacted our experience.

Apartments facing the high school are affected by consistent morning noise. Each day, amplified music from the school carries clearly into the apartment loud enough to wake you up or interrupt a quiet morning, even with windows closed. Over time, it becomes clear this is a predictable, daily occurrence.
We... understand this may not bother everyone, especially those who are already up and out early. However, if you work from home, have a later schedule, or value a quieter environment, it’s something to consider.

If you’re looking at this complex, I would recommend choosing a unit and building furthest from the school. Just sharing for transparency since it wasn’t something we anticipated.
