Horrible Customer Service
Completely unacceptable communication and follow-through from Klara Apartments.
I applied on a Thursday, missed a call from Linda, and returned it immediately. I left a message with Brandon, was told Linda was at lunch, called again, and was told she was still unavailable. I later received a return call where no one was on the line. I immediately called back and left another voicemail.
After no response, I followed up Monday by emailing Andrea—no response. I then submitted a call request... through the website—still no response. At this point, I have no confirmation that my application was ever processed.
Because of this lack of accountability, I stopped payment on the application fee. Perhaps that will finally generate a response.
This followed a failed walk-in visit where I was told only one staff member was available and that I would need to schedule a tour for later in the week. We are relocating from Tallahassee, so that was not feasible.
I own a property management company, and this level of service would be unacceptable in our industry. While the apartments look great, the customer service is disorganized, unresponsive, and unprofessional.
