Osprey Ridge Apartments

Resided there for about 10 years. Rents gone up to market value, however money not being put into the property. Appliances atleast 10 years old! The only upgrades was to the main office. If your going to pay market rent, at least get an up to date apartment! The rent doesn't reflect the quality.

I have to say that I've been living here for 2 months and am loving every sense of it! The neighborhood is quiet and very clean! The staff is kind and helpful. My neighbors are kind, and so willing to help one another! Being a New Yorker and so familiar with the silent good morning nods, I have found kindness and verbal Good Mornings from strangers and the conversations enlightening!

These apartments are the best because the neighborhood is quiet at night friendly people. They do yard sales, they have events like a pool party to get to know your neighbors. It isn't far from a park where there is a water park and a lake.
