DO NOT BE FOOLED

The apartments looks nice, but they are infested with bugs. I have had pest control come in 18 times in the past year due to the same issue that they were experiencing with other units. I have professional cleaners come in every month to deep clean and the bugs still come. So if you like bugs crawling on your leg while your laying in bed then this is the place for you!!!

Happy

This is my first apartment here in Clermont and it has been a breeze! It is a quiet area with friendly staff. The courtesy officer on the premises is also very kind and responsive! I recommend living here.

Great living

This is my first time living in an apartment complex in the Clermont area and I have nothing bad to say. The desk staff is friendly and attentive, the property is clean, the atmosphere is calm. I have had very good interactions with the maintenance staff and they are very quick to turn around any problems or maintenance requests I have filed. The other tenants are friendly and I have had no issues with neighbors or hearing music or people through the walls. I would recommend this complex to… anyone that is looking in the Clermont area.

Tranquile and Well Maintained

We have been living here for 2 months and feel confident we made the perfect selection. A first floor unit, with the balcony facing the open green space that gives us privacy and a relaxing view of nature. Excellent amenities and we lucked out with a garage space that opens right in our entrance.

Love living here

I love all the amenities! It's very well maintained and the staff is so friendly! The clubhouse is so peaceful and the pool is a little piece of paradise.
