Lucas
What an amazing tour! Lucas is by far the best leasing agent I've ever met. His charisma, professionalism, and knowledge of the community are outstanding. The best part is that he has been with the community for several years, which immediately gave me confidence and trust. At my last apartment, there was a different leasing agent every 6 or 7 months, and that constant turnover made me question the management. Here, Lucas seemed to know everyone by name and greeted residents as they walked by,… which really impressed me. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and truly felt like I was already home. What a difference!
