horrible community

this place is horrible they charge for everything and they dont even allow you to use certain amenities even though you paid to use it . this place is a joke and you might even have your car stolen or something.

Older apartments but well kept.. office is very helpful and kind, thank you Rebekah for your assistance. The amenitys are beautiful!!

Mold, water damage, and horrible staff

The staff here is among the worst I have seen in my entire life. The manage and head maintenance guy are full of excuses.

I had standing water and mold in my apartment for over 2 months and was made to feel like a bother for requesting the fix it.

Your money is better spent elsewhere. No one here cares about you or their job.

Worst staff and dirty place

Employees are extremely arrogant and terrible at solving any problem. Very dirty condominium and there is a man that everyone feels threatened by him and his dog and despite several complaints nothing is done. He puts the dog in the pool when it's full of kids. Expensive price. Old apartments with cockroach and ant problems.

Not recommend

I do not recommend this place to anyone. many robberies, noise, maintenance does not answer when you need it most, the office workers are very rude and treat you like garbage. always changes management and never improves service. I'm glad I moved out of this place.
