Bad Maintenance Service

Don't be fooled by the looks, maintenance in these place is horrible they will not fix your issues on time , you will be stuck in a lease without any choice leaving in an apartment full of broken things, unless you use your own money to fix it. good luck

Go elsewhere

I applied here and got declined because of my credit even though my income far surpassed the requirement. I contact the front office and was told to applied along with a co applicant whose credit was hire so I did. His credit was above 650 which is the requirement and combined we make over $13000 dollars and we were still declined. I attempted to speak with a staff member and they were very dismissive and unwilling to provide any insight. Therefore I contacted the screening company and I was… told we both had to have a credit over 650. $600 dollars later in application fees I’m still declined when all they had to tell me was not to apply at all with my credit under 650. If we both had a credit over 700 and made that much we’d be applying for a home loan not a rental.

The absolute worst

Don’t even waste your time applying. They will never return phone calls, emails and threaten to cancel your application. Then when it takes 7 days to get an answer they deny you after you send all the documentation. Please go somewhere else. All of all the places in south Florida I bet you no one will treat you so poorly before you EVEN move in

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!

I never leave reviews but after reading reviews about the Palms I wanted to express how great my experience was. I feel like they deserve all the stars and the office team deserves recognition because they went above and beyond to provide such a welcoming experience. I am already loving living here.
