    ALERT MOLD?? DO NOT MOVE HERE

    Honestly, if i could give this complex no stars I would. There is 100% mold in almost every apartment. When trying to contact maintenance, they come look around and “maybe” do something - that’s if they decide to come at all. Not to mention, it is like an arm and a leg trying to contact someone in the office in general. Here’s the kicker, if you decide to move out of the complex they will send you a letter and an invoice for mold and hold your deposit as well as a pet deposit if you have any.… This complex goes through property managers every other day so it is even harder trying to maintain a main point of contact. BEWARE, if you move here, test for mold first, you may not get your deposit back, and you will barely get any help for situations you are reporting about(maintenance). WORST complex by far. If you have kids, don’t even think about it , it is disgusting.
