Lakeview Estate features a saltwater pool, lush natural landscaping, multiple living and dining areas, and upscale finishes throughout. The gourmet kitchen is a host’s dream, with expansive countertops, a large island with additional seating, and a view of the beautiful pool and backyard. It opens to a cozy breakfast nook with a mounted smart TV and another formal space near the main entrance. There are two expansive living areas: a main living room that opens to the backyard for seamless indoor-outdoor flow and a cozy family room with a huge sectional, smart TV, foosball table, and a PS5 (Digital).
Table and chair rentals are available upon request. Extra beds, including air mattresses and twin beds, are available for groups over 12 (up to 18 total). Linens will be provided for the extra beds only if requested before arrival. Guests must bring their own comforters for extra beds. Weddings and events require separate pricing.

The home uses well water, which is filtered and safe, but may have a natural sulfur smell. This is typical for the area and acknowledged by booking. Weekly pool maintenance takes place every Friday.
