I applied to this apartment complex about 4 years ago, paid the application/holding fee and have been trying get in contact with the leasing office to which each attempt has been ignored. I wouldn’t recommend paying any sort of application fee or holding fee because they will take your money and you’ll never hear from them again. Very poor communication and customer service.

Good property...needs care
I have visited the apartment complex several times; it is relatively new, with good facilities and well maintained green areas, the maintenance of the building hallways and stairways is very poor or none at all, the stairways are filthy and dirty, as are the hallways.The image of the buildings should be taken care of, because it is a reflection of the company that manages them.
