dangerous

The building has experienced flooding, and management is aware of these issues. In my experience, these serious problems were not properly disclosed to me before I moved in.

People deserve to know about major safety and flooding issues before signing a lease. Hiding or failing to disclose known problems is misleading to residents and potential tenants.

These could have been great apartments to live in. The building has a convenient location, good layouts, and nice amenities. However, the place has become far too unsafe and uncomfortable—especially for families with children.

We have absolutely loved our experience at Elevate Dania Beach over the past year and a half. The community is fantastic, but the exceptional service really sets it apart—a special shoutout to the maintenance team for their promptness and to Veron in leasing management for being incredibly helpful and attentive.
