Villa Hermosa two bedroom apt.
I had a one bedroom here for five years.After the sale of my condo I returned
to a two bedroom which is very large with big closets and big sunny windows
in my living room.It has central ac and a huge pool and washing facilities nearby.It was less than some others of same size in this area within 5 miles of
beach,stores,Jai Lai and best of all I have my cats.It has a lot of memory for me as many friends and even my Grandmother lived here when it was first built
after she retired to Florida.I... would rate 5 star but there are some building issues
related to an older building as well as the need to check backrounds better before tenants move in.I just renewed my lease for a second year but the
rent has increased.
