The townhome is designed for a maximum of 10 guests. Exceeding this limit will incur a fee of $100 for each extra guest. Check-in time is at 3PM, and check-out time is at 10AM. Parking is available, but notify in advance if you require arrangements. Use only the designated parking space and follow any specified parking instructions. Do not block access routes or other vehicles. Pets are accommodated with exceptions. Late check-out incurs a fee of 30% to 50% of the nightly rate after 10 AM.
