There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Up to two cars may park in the spaces near the house. Do not block sidewalks, driveways, or park on the grass. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Check-out time is 10AM. The individual who booked the reservation must be present to show their I.D. when checking in with the security guard at the community entrance.
