Pool heat must be requested in writing a week prior to check-in and requires up to 24 hours to heat. The cost for pool heat is $35 per day of usage. Additional fees may apply if a week's notice is not given. During inclement weather, pool heating is not advised. The pool is serviced weekly, and debris may be present after rain. Check-out time is 10 AM. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. This is a self-catering home, and supplies are not refilled during your stay. Each bathroom is stocked with shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. Laundry room provides detergent pods for up to two loads. Kitchen includes a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge. Coffee maker is available, but coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available. Report any missing items immediately upon check-in. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. Please wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any house rules.
