Parking can accommodate up to 2 vehicles in the driveway parked side by side. The garage has been converted into a game room, so indoor parking is not available.

Situated in Central Florida just off of I-4 and Highway 27, the city offers easy access to nearby entertainment, activities, dining, both Gulf Coast and Atlantic Shore beaches, and more.
Self check-in and check-out are available. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Pool and spa heating can be added to your reservation for $35 per day with at least a week's notice. Check-out time is 10AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is self-catering, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. No smoking or drugs are allowed inside or outside the property. The maximum occupancy is 12 guests, and the reservation holder must be at least 21 years old and one of the guests staying. No third-party bookings are allowed unless agreed upon in writing. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight unless agreed upon in writing. Please respect the neighborhood and keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 8am.
