The fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances cookware and ample prep space and large dining area is perfect for family meals or group gatherings. High-speed Wi-Fi and central air conditioning ensure comfort throughout your stay. Located just off US-17/92 and near I-4 Aviana is conveniently close to Disney golf courses dining shopping and Central Florida’s top destinations while offering a peaceful retreat away from the crowds.
Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out is before 10:00 AM. An early arrival can only be arranged for an additional fee if the home does not have another guest’s departure scheduled. Guests arriving before 4 PM without approval may be charged $75.00 per hour. A late check-out can only be arranged for an additional fee if the home does not have another guest’s arrival scheduled. Guests must abide by all HOA association rules including parking rules and no events policy. All properties are strictly non-smoking non-vaping and non-e-cigarette in or near the property. Failure to comply with this will result in the removal of the guest from the property without recompense or refund and the loss of the security deposit or a charge to the guest’s credit card if no security deposit is in place to cover the deep clean costs. The minimum fine for smoking is $500.00. Pets are not permitted at any time. If it is discovered that a pet has been in the home there is an automatic charge of $450.00 to cover the cost of professionally cleaning all carpets and upholstery.
