The villa includes access to the resort clubhouse amenities, offering a 6,500 sq. ft. resort-style swimming pool, dual waterslides, a massive pool deck, a lazy river, a kids splash zone, a full-service bar and restaurant, cabanas, a fitness center, a game room, a firepit with views of fireworks, a basketball court, a sand volleyball court, a soccer field, nine holes of mini-golf, corn hole on artificial turf, a hammock garden, and an event lawn.
There is an additional optional charge of $65 per day plus tax to heat the pool and spa. The spa will not heat up without the pool heater being turned on. The resort allows a maximum of five cars, including visitors. Parking car limit is strictly enforced, and parking rules can be picked up at the guard gate.
