The home features seven uniquely themed bedrooms, sleeping up to 16 guests across 11 beds. The downstairs living and dining rooms flow together for easy meals and conversation, while the upstairs Avengers loft is perfect for movie nights or relaxed lounging. The Star Wars game room is equipped with a pool table, ping-pong, arcade games, a sound system, a game console, and a private movie theater experience. A fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, whirlpool electric stove, stainless-steel oven, dishwasher, hot-water kettle, toaster, and coffee makers. Indoor and outdoor dining areas are available. For daily routines, a dedicated workspace, central air conditioning, an in-unit washer and dryer, and a range of exercise equipment, including an elliptical, free weights, stationary bike, treadmill, and yoga mat, are provided.
Enjoy a private, fenced backyard with a heated pool and a private hot tub. Outdoor furniture, sun loungers, a patio, and a gas BBQ grill create relaxed spaces for fresh-air meals and play. There are areas of ongoing construction within Windsor Island Resort. Please be mindful of any construction vehicles and debris. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Check-out time is 10 AM. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. Guests agree and acknowledge that Windsor Island Resort will have areas of ongoing construction. Though most areas leading up to the property are cleared, please be mindful of any construction vehicles and debris. This does not impact the clubhouse as amenities are fully open and available for use. If you would like pool heat and/or hot tub, it must be requested in writing a week prior to check-in (as it requires up to 24 hours to heat). To add this amenity, you agree to pay $35 per day of usage. Additional fees may apply if a week's notice is not given. There is absolutely NO smoking and NO drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere (inside or outside) on the property. We can accommodate a maximum of 16 guests at any given time. No third party bookings allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to (2) cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage. Please don't park on the grass, or alongside the streets parallel to another vehicle, if you need an additional parking spot, there's a section in the community called Lava Tree Dr where you can find extra parking spots for overflow parking (you can bring up to 5 cars into the community, but if you do, 3 would have to be parked in this section). During the day, you can park in the Clubhouse parking lot, but overnight parking is not permitted. Please be extra careful with these rules as you might risk getting towed! Please wipe shoes at the door. It is preferred that shoes are removed indoors when possible, so we can keep the place clean for you and the next guests! Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am. Also, keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. Please note that, after it rains, there may be a few small bugs that wash off the screen and into the pool and the pool may appear slightly discolored. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle. Follow additional guidelines posted within the home. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of ANY of these rules.
