There are areas of ongoing construction within Windsor Island Resort. Please be mindful of any construction vehicles and debris. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Events are not allowed. Quiet hours are observed from 10pm to 8am, and excessive noise should be kept to a minimum during this time. Guests agree and acknowledge that in sunny Florida, humidity and bugs are a natural and common occurrence. The property is professionally sprayed for pests. After it rains, there may be a few small bugs that wash off the screen and into the pool, and the pool may appear slightly discolored. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Guests must take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Damages must be reported immediately. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. Guests must pass a building-required background check. We will offer a full refund if the reservation needs to be canceled due to the results of this check. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation and provide a state identification card or driver's license upon booking. Self check-in and check-out are available.
