A maximum of 16 guests are allowed at any given time. No third-party bookings are allowed unless agreed upon in writing. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Up to (2) cars may park side-to-side in the driveway. Please don't park on the grass, or alongside the streets parallel to another vehicle. Additional parking is available on Lava Tree Dr. Overnight parking is not permitted in the Clubhouse parking lot. Please be extra careful with parking rules as you might risk getting towed. Please wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, and be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM. Keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any house rules.

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. A damage protection option is required for all reservations. For 1-night reservations, a $500 refundable security deposit is required. For reservations of 2 nights or more, guests may choose between a $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100). Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. Laundry detergent pods for up to two (2) loads are provided. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge are provided. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. A Ring camera is by the front door.
