The property includes a free washer and dryer, a private pool with an option to add heat, and a game room with a pool table, ping pong table, and games. The large kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, and there are spacious indoor and outdoor dining areas. Located in the new Windsor Island community, guests have free access to the community water park and amenity center/clubhouse.
Parking accommodates up to two vehicles in the driveway and one vehicle on the street in front of the property. The garage has been converted into a game room, so indoor parking is not available.
Situated in the ultimate family resort near Disney and other world-class attractions, Windsor Island Resort is a newly constructed community offering first-class amenities. The property is within walking distance to the clubhouse and includes a resort-style pool, lazy river, water slides, hot tub, volleyball and basketball courts, BBQ and picnic area, and a clubhouse with arcades and a bar and lounge. The resort is located off state road 192 and US 27, near I-4, just eight miles from Disney World and other Orlando attractions.
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. It is a self-catering home, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. The laundry room provides enough detergent pods for up to two loads. The kitchen includes a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge. A coffee maker is available, but coffee is not provided. Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are available for use. A Ring camera is located by the front door for safety and privacy.
