The property is just a short walk to the clubhouse, which includes a resort-style pool, lazy river, water slides, splash pool, hot tub, volleyball and basketball courts, BBQ and picnic area, and a clubhouse with arcades and a bar and lounge. Located off State Road 192 and US 27, and near I-4, the resort is just eight miles from Disney World and other famous Orlando attractions.
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The property is self-catering, with initial supplies provided, but not refilled during your stay. A Ring camera is located by the front door for safety and privacy. The resort may have ongoing construction, but amenities are fully open. No smoking, drugs, or parties are allowed on the property, and violations may result in termination of the reservation without refund. Please respect the neighborhood by minimizing noise between 10 PM and 8 AM. Fireworks and firearms are prohibited on the property.
