There is an additional optional charge of $65 per day plus tax to heat the pool and spa. The spa will not heat up without the pool heater being turned on.

All guests must be on the registration form, or they will not be allowed in the resort. All guests over the age of 18 must provide identification, such as a license, passport, or school ID. No stays over 30 nights are allowed per HOA. The resort allows a maximum of 5 cars, including visitors.
