The grill is available for a one-time fee rental which includes one propane tank. Activating the pool and spa heating system will incur an additional fee of $45 per night, with a minimum three-night charge. This fee will be charged separately and is not included in your initial booking.

For those visiting Disney, the location provides quick access to all the Disney parks via just one exit up Toll Road 429 to the Western Way Blvd. Disney entrance. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. Only guests 25 years or older are allowed unless accompanied by a responsible adult. No parties or events are permitted and only registered guests can stay overnight. Vehicles parked in violation of the parking rules are subject to immediate towing. The pool and spa heating system relies on heat exchange technology and may not function optimally in extremely cold weather conditions.
