Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Guests agree and acknowledge that Windsor Island Resort will have areas of ongoing construction. Pool heat and/or hot tub must be requested in writing a week prior to check-in and will incur a fee of $35 per day of usage. Additional fees may apply if a week's notice is not given. A list of first and last names of all guests ages 18 and older, along with a valid government-issued ID for the booking individual, is required for check-in. Guests are responsible for purchasing propane for the BBQ grill if needed. Please be mindful of humidity and bugs, as these are common occurrences in Florida. Guests must wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes be removed indoors. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors by keeping excessive noise to a minimum during quiet hours. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property. Guests must take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure. Damages must be reported immediately. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any house rules.
