Pool heating is available for an additional $35 per day of stay, and must be requested in writing a week prior to check-in.
This ultimate family resort is near Disney and other world-class attractions. Windsor Island Resort is a newly constructed community with first-class amenities. The property is just a couple of minutes' walk to the clubhouse and is located off state road 192 and US 27, near I-4, and eight miles from Disney World and Animal Kingdom. In the immediate area outside the resort, you will find ample shopping, dining, and entertainment.
Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to two cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage. Please don't park on the grass, or alongside the streets parallel to another vehicle. If you need an additional parking spot, there's a section in the community called Lava Tree Dr where you can find extra parking spots for overflow parking. During the day, you can park in the Clubhouse parking lot, but overnight parking is not permitted. Please be extra careful with these rules as you might risk getting towed. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. Please note that in sunny Florida, with beautiful weather and greenery, come humidity and bugs. These elements are a natural and very common occurrence. The home is professionally sprayed for pests, but please remember to pack sunscreen and bug spray.
By booking this reservation, guests agree and acknowledge that Windsor Island Resort will have areas of ongoing construction. Though most areas leading up to the property are cleared, please be mindful of any construction vehicles and debris.
