Located in the Windsor Island community, this home is a short drive from Disney World (20–25 minutes), SeaWorld (30 minutes), and Universal Studios (35 minutes). The resort is located within a gated community secured by a 24-hour security guard. In the immediate area outside the resort, you will find ample shopping, dining, and entertainment.
Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to two cars may park side-to-side in the driveway. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. By booking this reservation, guests agree and acknowledge that Windsor Island Resort will have areas of ongoing construction. Please make sure that a list of first and last names of all guests ages 18 and older is provided. Everyone over 18 should bring a valid government-issued I.D. The individual who booked the reservation must be present to show their I.D. when checking in with the security guard at the community entrance.
