Pool and spa heating can be added to your reservation for $35 per day of stay, invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice to set this up. Parking accommodates up to two vehicles in the driveway and one on the street. Indoor parking is unavailable as the garage has been converted into a game room.
Windsor Island Resort is a newly constructed community offering first-class amenities, including a huge resort-style pool, lazy river, water slides, hot tub, volleyball and basketball courts, BBQ and picnic area, and a large clubhouse with arcades and a bar and lounge. Located off state road 192 and US 27, and near I-4, the property is just eight miles from Disney World and other world-famous attractions. The immediate area offers ample shopping, dining, and entertainment options.
Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is self-catering, and supplies are not refilled during your stay. A camera is installed by the front door, another pointing to the driveway, and a last one pointing to the pool equipment for security purposes. No smoking or drugs are allowed inside or outside the property. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. Construction may be ongoing in some areas of Windsor Island Resort, but amenities are fully open and available for use.
