Nestled in the Windsor Island community of Davenport, this home is a short drive from Disney World, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios, offering easy access to Orlando's world-class attractions. The community itself is an ultimate family resort with a huge resort-style pool, lazy river, water slides, splash pool, hot tub, volleyball court, basketball court, BBQ & picnic area, and a clubhouse with arcades, a bar, and lounge.
Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 AM and 8:00 AM. There are cameras by the front door, pointing to the driveway, and pointing to the pool equipment for security purposes. Guests must provide a list of first and last names of all guests ages 18 and older, and the individual who booked the reservation must be present to show their ID when checking in with the security guard at the community entrance. Parking can accommodate up to 2 vehicles in the driveway parked side by side, and up to 1 vehicle on the street in front of the property. The garage has been converted into a game room, so indoor parking is not available. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. A late check-out may incur a fee of up to $300. Guests agree and acknowledge that Windsor Island Resort will have areas of ongoing construction. Guests must wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, and be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM. No fireworks of any kind or firearms on property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Trash must be taken out and disposed of properly per instructions upon departure. Damages must be reported immediately. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any house rules.
