Guests agree and acknowledge that Windsor Island Resort may have areas of ongoing construction. Guests must provide a list of first and last names for all guests aged 18 and older, and the individual who booked the reservation must be present to show their ID when checking in with the security guard at the community entrance. Guests are asked to wipe shoes at the door and remove them indoors when possible. Please be considerate of neighbors and keep excessive noise to a minimum during quiet hours. Fireworks and firearms are not allowed on the property. Guests are responsible for taking out the trash and disposing of it properly upon departure. Damages must be reported immediately. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any rules.
