You'll enjoy a pool with a slide, lazy river, indoor playground, gym, restaurant and bar, and an ice cream shop. It's a short drive to Disney World and other major attractions, just off the I4 and I192 in Orlando, and 40 minutes from the Orlando Airport.
This townhouse features 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a large living area that can accommodate the entire family. The full kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and everything you might need to make simple meals. Enjoy meals together in the spacious indoor dining area or at the breakfast nook located in the kitchen. Off the living room is a small patio with outdoor seating for two.
There is a resort fee of $22.40 including tax per day for 10 people with wristbands. The resort fee is mandatory and applicable whether amenities are used or not. The resort will provide a maximum of 10 wristbands at guest services.

Situated next to the Highlands Reserve Golf Club, and just minutes from the excitement Orlando has to offer.
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Check-out time is 10 AM. In order to prepare the property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. It is a self-catering home, therefore, supplies are not refilled during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room, enough detergent pods are provided for up to two loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge are provided. There is a coffee maker, however, coffee is not provided. Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are available for use. The home is not baby-proofed. A maximum of 8 guests is allowed for comfort. No third-party bookings are allowed unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. A maximum of 2 additional guests are allowed at the property during daytime hours. The number of cars on the property should never exceed 2 per reservation. Respect the neighborhood and neighbors by being considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM. Keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property, unless firearms are kept locked in a vehicle. Follow additional guidelines posted within the suite. Take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. Reservations may be terminated without refund and monetary fines may be pursued if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property.
