Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. A maximum of 2 additional guests are allowed at the property during daytime hours. The number of cars on the property should never exceed 2 per reservation. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. No firearms are allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Follow additional guidelines posted within the suite. Take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. The partner reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. Check-out time is 10 AM. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. A mandatory resort fee of $22.40 per day, including tax, applies for up to 10 guests and provides wrist bands for access to the amenities. The fee is required whether or not the amenities are used. By booking this reservation, guests agree and acknowledge that Regal Palms Resort will have occasional areas of ongoing construction. Though most areas leading up to the property are cleared, be mindful of any construction vehicles and debris. This does not impact the clubhouse as amenities are fully open and available for use.
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. It is a self-catering home, therefore, supplies are not refilled during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room there are enough detergent pods for up to two loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge are provided. There is a coffee maker, salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let the host know immediately upon check in so they can arrange restocking. In sunny Florida, with beautiful weather and greenery, come humidity and bugs. These elements are a natural and very common occurrence. The property is professionally sprayed for bugs and mosquitoes, and bug spray is available.
