Located in the beautiful Solterra Resort in Davenport, this vacation home is near theme parks. It's a 25-minute drive from Disney, 30 minutes from Universal Studios, and 25 minutes from SeaWorld. Everything you need is at your fingertips, but if you do venture out, enjoy world-class meals with family and friends at many nearby dining options just a couple of miles from the resort. Solterra Resort is in a great location just 5 minutes from a supermarket and other stores. There is also an Imax movie theater and many other stores located at Posner Park, just 7 minutes away.
There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The maximum guest count is 13 at any given time. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed four per reservation. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 pm and before 8 am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. No firearms are allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Failure to properly bag trash and dispose of it could result in fines up to $300.
