Located in Davenport near theme parks, this vacation home is a short drive from many attractions. Disney Springs and Old Town are worth checking out for shopping, while Walt Disney World Resort and Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park are must-see destinations. Disney's Hollywood Studios and Epcot are also nearby. The home is 25 minutes from Disney, 30 minutes from Universal Studios, and 25 minutes from SeaWorld. Everything you need is at your fingertips, but if you do venture out, world-class meals are just a couple of miles from the resort. Solterra Resort is in a great location just 5 minutes from a supermarket and other stores, and Posner Park, with an IMAX movie theater and many other stores, is just 7 minutes away. Kissimmee Station is a 22-minute drive, and Kissimmee, FL (ISM-Kissimmee Gateway) is a 27-minute drive.
Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. The home can accommodate a maximum of 13 guests at any given time. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed 4 per reservation. Up to 2 cars may park in the driveway. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property.
