A small 18-inch charcoal grill is provided at no cost upon request, and it needs to be requested prior to arrival or the day of arrival before 5 pm. Guests who wish to use clubhouse amenities will have to register at the club house and pay a $45 fee per household. Resort amenities include the main pool (8 am - 9 pm daily), slide & lazy river (10:30 am – 5:00 pm daily), fitness center/gym (6:00 am – 11 pm daily), café (11:30 am – 6 pm daily), and tennis court & kids playground (dawn – dusk daily). Pool and spa heating is available for a fee of $40 per day with a 2-day minimum, and the host should be advised at least 48 hours prior for arrangements. Other vacation gear or a propane grill needs to be outsourced at your own expense. Small pets under 40 pounds are allowed for a $150 pet fee for each animal. Only legal service dogs are exempt, and proper documents are needed to waive the fee. There is an active towing policy in this community, and vehicles cannot be parked on the grass, blocking homes, or in non-marked areas. Please use the driveway or overflow parking spaces. The driveway can fit up to 3 cars, and the garage can fit up to 2 cars.
