During your stay, you’ll have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and Solterra Resort community amenities. The HOA requires a separate, mandatory amenities fee of $35 for groups of up to 12 guests and $48 for groups of 13 or more. Parking can accommodate up to two vehicles in the driveway.

Feel safe and right at home as you enter the gated community with a 24-hour security guard. Self check-in and check-out are available. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Pool and spa heating can be added for $35 per day with at least a week's notice. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is self-catering, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed on the property. A maximum of 13 guests is allowed at any given time. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed unless agreed upon in writing.
