This home features 5 spacious bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 living areas, a free washer/dryer, a game room with a pool table and air hockey table, a large, fully stocked kitchen with many amenities, indoor dining areas, and a private pool.
Enjoy exclusive access to the community water park and amenity center/clubhouse. If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate the set-up for $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement weather, we do not advise using the pool.
Located in Davenport, this vacation home is near theme parks. Disney Springs and Old Town are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit Walt Disney World. Everything you need is at your fingertips, and world-class meals are just a couple of miles from the resort. Solterra Resort is in a great location just 5 minutes from a supermarket and other stores. There is also an IMAX movie theater and many other stores located at Posner Park, just 7 minutes away.
Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. A pet fee is applied and is subject to up to $150. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time of 10:00 AM, you may incur a fee of up to $300. Up to two cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage. Please don't park on the grass or alongside the streets parallel to another vehicle. During the day, you can park in the Clubhouse parking lot, but overnight parking is not permitted.
