The property is located within a gated community with 24-hour security. No smoking or drugs are allowed inside or outside the home, and violations may result in fines. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please respect the neighborhood and keep noise to a minimum during these hours. The home is self-catering, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure to avoid fines up to $300. Report any damages immediately.
