There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Please be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property. Guests are responsible for purchasing propane for the grill if needed. Failure to properly bag trash and dispose of it in the correct bin can result in fines up to $200. Guests are responsible for reporting damages immediately. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any house rules. Self check-in and check-out are conveniently offered.
This home is suitable for children and infants. A maximum of 20 guests are accommodated at any given time. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on property should never exceed 3 per reservation, with up to 3 cars allowed to park in the driveway.
