There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Quiet hours are observed from 10pm to 8am, and excessive noise should be kept to a minimum during this time. Guests are asked to wipe shoes at the door and remove them indoors when possible. Trash must be taken out and disposed of properly upon departure; failure to do so can result in fines up to $200. Check-out time is 10 AM. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. A damage protection option is required for all reservations, with options including a $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100) for stays of 2 nights or more. For 1-night reservations, a $500 refundable security deposit is required. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes.
