The community was a wonderful place to live until the transition to the current management staff and the unforeseen circumstances surrounding the short 30-day notice to vacate, which was due to building issues that existed prior to move-in and were known to management well in advance. Additionally, communication has been inconsistent, as different staff members provide conflicting information while withholding important details that residents need.

Alta Citron is the perfect condominium for those who want comfort with the right dose of leisure.
Its comfortable and luxurious office is perfect for casual or business meetings, its refreshing pool provides residents with pleasant moments with family and its barbecue areas are an invitation for social gatherings with good food and conversation.
The convenience of having plenty of parking spaces and efficient maintenance services are also highlights and its privileged location puts us close to... several shops and services.
In my opinion, Alta Citron is one of the best housing options in the Davenport region.
