Sure. Place isn't too bad. The fire alarm only mistakenly went off at 1:00 a.m. two times, although one was during the worst hurrican we have had in decades and the other was during 30° freezing temperatures. The gates were nice when they worked for the first 6 months, and only three cars have been broken into the last year here. The playground by the alligator pond is pretty cool though!!

I'm obviously not intending for this review to be public, but I'm hoping some of these things can be fixed... going forward.

Gates should be back up and running soon. You probably also noticed the addition of... security that walks around the property as well. As time goes, we'll continue to assess what needs to be added or removed for the betterment of the community.
