Terrible

No management , Moldy apartments, scamming for roof work , absolute chaos parking , terrible submerged roads , speed bumps that will require your car to need new shocks in a few weeks.

Property Management impossible to reach

I have been trying 4 days without success to contact the property manager for a roof leak and left several voicemails without any response. Service is horrible!

We are so sorry that no one responded to you directly. That week this occur manager was unavailable for the week. That been said, we still took care of the situation immediately with our maintenance supervisor and we did contact you to notify you... when the repairs will be perform. As of today everything is been fixed, we hope that this circumstances wont happen again. Thank you for been a valued resident in our community.

Carolyn Never Responds & They never answer the phone

My daughter stayed at the apartment for college at NSU , at the end of the rental lease they left the apartment in immaculate condition.

That was in Apri 2018l. They were told they would get the deposit in 30 days but still have not received it. I think Carolyn is trying to rip them off because she think they are naive college stundent.
