Would Not recommend
Neighbors are rude, obnoxious, and loud. Apartments are small, outdated, and overpriced. You are forced to chose COMCAST as your cable provider. The on-site washer machines are extremely old & always broken (they’re so loud they sound like a lawn mower). Whatever you do, stay far away.

That happened with the previous owners of the property. We replaced the washing machine company changed, and these are completely new.
