Trash problem

I'm tired and fell trying to see the raccoons every day. Since I'm deaf and can't hear them, it's really scary. Additionally, I dislike seeing trash because the smell is overwhelming and terrible. Another problem is the roach infestation around my apartment, which is unacceptable.

Mold invented

Mold. Do not move here if you care about your heath. You can call and email with no answer or reply for weeks if not months. The office is a Joke and will be rude and belittle you when you’re just trying to get some answers or updates the place is terrible do not move here.

Horrible Place

Horrible. I recently moved after living there for 2years. The place is mold infested and they dont care. My kids always sick anf each time i go doc i am told its a bacterial infection. I would never recommend this place to anyone bcuz its moldy regardless of what u do and they dont care about your health yet quick to charge for fixing mold issues when u move. Staff not really friendly, especially when they know u getting ready to leave. Horrible place. I wish i could have given zero star rating.

Exposed to black deadly mold!!!!

My daughter is literally on her deathbed right now & she’s pregnant we informed mrs Jackie of the mold a year ago & she have done nothing about it. I am staying at a hotel currrently cause i can’t sleep in the apartment knowing my daughter is hooked up to tons of machines at the hospital & due to me getting exposed... Did anyone seek legal help ? I’m Speaking with my lawyer & a mold specialist in the morning something has to be done cause tbh I’m not the only one who wrote about mold as you… scroll down you’ll see more tenants that have/had the same problem which caused them to move cause the manger of the apartment did nothing to help.

Carolina Club

I have lived here for a little over a month and so far I enjoy it. The ladies in the office and the maintenance staff are very friendly. The one bedroom is a great size for the price and I love the layout of the kitchen, how the bathroom is accessible outside of the bedroom and the walk in closet is a very nice size. The only complaint I would have would be that there isn't nearly enough parking so if you leave at night, you can bet that you won't have a spot when you come back. In general the… place seems nice, there has been one big party in a building nearby but it wasn't too loud and the walls seem to keep noise out well enough. Also, there are police patrols which makes it feel safer.
